Revenue Sharing Program

All ACS equipment is provided, installed, and maintained at no cost to your property.

This program provides a Car Wash/Vacuum, Air Machine, and Dog Wash to your residents, all available for unlimited use.

• ACS charges $5/month per unit for this service.

• The total price charged per unit is at the property's discretion. 

The only fee that ACS will collect is a $5 charge incorporated on a per-unit basis. The total fee collected is at the property's discretion. This fee will be phased in over 12 months until 95% of the total unit number is charged. For example, a 300-unit complex will be charged for 24 units in the first month and 48 in the second. This pattern will continue until all 285 units are accounted for at the 12-month mark. If property management decides to charge $10/unit they would keep $5/unit and will make $1,425/month or $17,100/annum from a free car care system.
